Impacting Community- #LoveDrive Initiative

#LoveDrive is a non-profit making community based initiative, comprised of youth sharing ideas and interests of bettering the community through charity works. Main aim to give back to the community through relighting hope to the less fortunate and raising a Godly generation that have a heart to care regardless of where they come from or what resources they have. 

Guided by a principle of YOU & I FOR OTHERS hence putting the less fortunate first, prioritizing their needs and taking them as our burden. 

Its a locally based in Naivasha, Kenya. Where It holds charity activities thrice per year that is April, August & Decembers. This is because most of the members are students from different institutions in the country both High schools and Universities. Every time they break for a holiday they have a great way to spend their holiday and its through impacting a needy soul somewhere withing the community. 

The group have managed to make several visits to children's home and feed street kids during the December festive season as a way of celebrating especially during the X-mas day. 

The main activities that it does on this visits are: preparing a common meal that its usually shared together, assisting in clean up activities, sharing life moments as well as mentor-ships programs to the kids. Also we crown everything with a lot of fun activities- games included. 

#LoveDrive main objective its to make proposals and program that can lead to sustainability and in-dependency of homes that house the less fortunate, and also relight hope, bring family warmth and love to the less fortunate in the society through talks and affirmative actions. 

Its not only focused to the less fortunate but its focused on shaping the current generation (YOUTHS) to be a generation that its not lost on drugs, but a generation that longs for success, greatness and ready to transform the society through the education, skills, talents and the potential they have, and work hand in hand with them by holding team building workshops and retreats.

Year 2018 has got a lot. Lined up activities that #LoveDrive is set for.

• AGM combined with a fun activity i.e. One Night Bonfire followed by an adventurers hike.
• August Children's Home visit
• Festive Season Surprise gift to the needy - X-mas Day.

We don't give cause we got surplus but we share the little we have to create room for more blessings!

Failure: You want to succeed? fine! Don't be afraid of failures! Failure its the best motivator towards success. Failure brings more learning and advanced one that you never thought of.
